Project description
A manipulator places the truck axles on the accumulation track, in the transit tunnel of the cleaning machine. This happens fully automatically. A sprinkler, which is used for internal cleaning of the shafts, is mounted on a carriage that is driven by a stepper motor with CMMS control (Profibus) from Festo. The type of ash is determined on the basis of a number of detections on the accumulation path. The desired cleaning process is selected according to the type of ash detected. The centering is also checked in the cleaning machine.
The cleaning machine is operated with an HMI MP277 and a mobile panel MP 177.
