Project description
At Sharp Packaging Solution, they produce packaging for medicines that last a very long time. Each bottle is assigned a unique code. We have installed a camera vision system for the company that check whether the code on the bottle is correct. The inspection system is from the brand Keyence.
By setting up the serialization, the traceability of the products is guaranteed.
In the bottom picture you can see the mobile system that the customer can put over a conveyor belt. The front port opens and closes back then the bottle is stuck and the system checks the bottle. Then the back gate opens again and the bottle continues on the conveyor belt.
