• To reduce engineering, design and cabling time, ET200eco modules from Siemens on Ethernet are used. This also affects the control box. Fewer hours in panel building and more compact electrical cabinet. The lengths of the machine cabling or field cabling are limited because the ET200eco modules are placed close to the sensors.

The Safety PLC communicates over Ethernet with ET200s modules. The safety functions are connected to Safety I/O via Siemens Safety Integrated.

To vary the speed of the pumps, Danfoss frequency controls have been used on Profibus (with Safety input). The customer’s specifications prescribe this. Our preference is for frequency controls from Siemens via Profisafe.

Electronic fuses are used to protect the 24V distributions.

Today’s PLC automation and panel building consists in limiting hardware and connections. Less hardware is less maintenance! In addition, this means more flexibility because it is easier to make adjustments or extensions.

All this is done in-house in our studio in Beerse near Turnhout. The electrical cabinets are finished to a high standard. Cutouts are done by means of laser or waterjet cutting.

Due to the high efficiency with which we carry out automation projects, we can offer competitive prices. In this way we can also realize smaller projects as a subcontractor.
